SUPERtrol II Flow Computer Simplifies Environmental Monitoring and Reporting
|
The U.S. EPA's new rule on Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions mandates that facilities that emit 25,000 metric tons or more per year of CO2-equivalent emissions must track and report annual emissions. The regulation also offers incentives to "monetize" GHG reduction, either through potential fines or a cap-and-trade system.
The SUPERtrol-II flow computer provides a simple solution to calculating, monitoring and reporting compliance information. The flow computer can now accept linear pulse or analog signals from mass flowmeters. The pressure and temperature inputs are still available but are not used in the flow calculations. |
